Hi Carlo and Nancy,

Here is a bit of feedback for you...

First of all; I thought the pre-trip information and organisation was first rate. Everything was provided well in advance and all of your checklists were a great help to jog the memory in relation to equipment issues.

During the trip your calm reassuring way of dealing with a group of pilots with varying skills and abilities was fantastic. You managed to assist and provide feedback and advice to all of us throughout the week which was a great help and much appreciated.

The combination of your work and that of Stelios from Olympic Wings seemed to work perfectly. The airport transfers went smoothly, the hotel was good and the food was great! The range and variety of flying sites were excellent as were the site briefings from Stelios.

The one thing that may have been useful would be a flying site map. Just something simple showing the various sites, peaks, landmarks, takeoff directions, etc. Just to give us an idea as to where we were, where we were going and some XC options should the opportunity arise. Maybe something to arrange with the local hosts.

Other than this, I can't think of anything else that would have made the week any better.
