The course you ran was absolutely fantastic.

As a senior sports instructor in another sport, I felt your teaching techniques where unsurpassed, with clear definite objectives that were well thought out to match the conditions.

Thank you for what you managed to do for me, and know you put yourself out more in terms of time than you had to.

Although some other instructors where also present on the hill, it was quite evident to me that you were in a league above.

I will be definitely recommending Flybubble to EVERYONE interested in the sport.

The course and trip were even better than I expected! Not just good but excellent!

My thermalling technique improved, good to fly in gaggles and I've hopefully removed my blinkers!

I did 22 flights and logged 20 hours. My longest flight was 4 hours 39mn!

Distances were: 68km, 59km, 39km, 24km (and many more)... My longest XC before was 25 km.

The trip exceeded my (high) expectations. I learnt a huge amount... Longest XCs to date.

I cannot imagine how I could ever get better help, advice and the rapid learning than I received on this trip from Flybubble.

It was all excellent. First class.

Carlo... [is] an excellent teacher as well as a top class, very experienced pilot.

... the best possible learning experience in XC.
... several XC flights, become much better and more confident at thermalling, and most importantly to become a better overall pilot.

Pre-flight briefings were excellent... helped find the next thermals.

I learned a lot about better flying technique - to thermal properly for the first time, to use my speed bar properly for the first time, and... how to find the next thermal.

Perhaps the greatest thing was to be liberated from the hill, getting increased confidence in my (growing) ability.

Initially challenging to a total novice XC man. But with Flybubble's thorough briefings on landing-out options, their fly-guiding while in the air... I very soon relaxed and hugely enjoyed the big relatively gentle thermals and the magnificent XC experience.

My wonderful memories of the trip are still as fresh as ever.

4 XC flights in 4 consecutive days. Personal bests.

Climbing in a blue thermal with dozens of Urubu (Brazilian vultures).

Pre-trip organisation was exemplary. Just right.
The expertise and guidance... was fantastic.
I don't see how any XC course could be better arranged.

Your whole system of bookings, equipment and paperwork seems very well set up and very efficient. Everything was laid out and explained very clearly. I am used to the way they do things in Spain which is pretty 'casual' to say the least!!

I feel that you helped me get the most out of the weekend and it was well worth my time. Although I have been flying for about 18 months I still picked up really useful tips and ideas from you. Thanks.

Crispin Rose-Innes - Trips

I have learned masses. As a result of this course, I now have a much better understanding of how and why things can go wrong.

I am relieved to have discovered that my wing is in fact a very trustworthy and friendly companion!
I found it less scary than I had imagined... because of the very good radio communication.

Progression from one day to the next was a comfortable schedule.
With practice, I grew to learn, recognise and understand what to expect and so things only got better.
I now recognise these manoeuvres for what they are and with this comes a better knowledge of safety.
It was an eye opener. It was an extraordinary experience. It was valuable and I am glad to have done it.

I found the course excellent in respect of information flow. I was extremely happy with the whole experience.

Your skills in the air allowed both you to extend everyones XC flights, hence providing more airtime during which people could learn.

I bettered, then doubled my previous best XC distance and achieved 4x the XC total in three weeks that I had achieved prior to that.

The course was reassuring and excellent. The level of instruction was perfect for my skills. I liked the gradual build-up. I learnt lots. Made me feel more confident. I discovered the capabilities and cut off points of my glider.
Pre and post flight briefings and debreifings were very thoroughly given by Carlo under relaxed circumstances. He never cut time short. We could ask as many questions as we needed to. We all understood completely what was involved.

Flybubble's in-flight information and communication during the course were a great help. Instructions were firm and direct. The quality was excellent.
Flybubble's general assistance and safety back-up during the course was of course excellent.

My tandem flight last week was a truly memorable experience - for all the right reasons. Simultaneously exhilarating and serene, it greatly exceeded my expectations.
Carlo explained everything as I helped him unpack and prepare the paraglider, which made me feel more confident and secure when we were actually in the air.
... the launch was a breeze, and I soon had an armchair seat high above Sussex.
Turning and wheeling with the sparrow-hawks and swifts, I did feel like my arms had feathers.
... Carlo's practical instructions and informative comments made me feel that I wasn't just a passenger.
It was just a breathtaking twenty minutes, and I would recommend Flybubble to anyone contemplating trying out a tandem flight.
