The course and trip was even better than I expected!
Not just good but excellent!
My thermalling technique improved, good to fly in gaggles and I have hopefully removed my blinkers when flying!
22 flights and 20 hours. My longest flight was 4 hours 39mn!
Distances on this trip were: 68km, 59km, 39km, 24km, 14km and many under 10 Km. My longest XC before was 25 Km in Mexico Jan 2003!

Hello Nancy and Carlo
Thank you both for an absolutely wonderful experience last Saturday - truly wonderful - I think I can say that I am hooked! Cannot wait to do another one.
I will put a CD of all the photos (including some video) into the post so hope they are useful to you.
I had an email from Kelly and James as I had sent them a CD as well. They really are buzzing about paragliding - I think they are saving up to train to become pilots - great to see that they enjoyed it so much.
Carlo was mentioning his six-hour flight to Canterbury and said that it was on the website. I cannot find it and would very much appreciate a link if it is there. [See web link below]

Hi Carlo,
I really enjoyed the tandem flights on Friday with you.
It was an unforgettable experience and the weather was brilliant for it.
I attach one of the photos... I have about a dozen other photos which I will burn to a CD and stick in the post to you. Some good shots of your glider in the air.
All best wishes to you and hope to see you again one day.
Geoff

Having trained with Carlo and recently passed my CP I knew this would be a good opportunity to get in some flying knowing we were in good hands. This coupled with our hosts excellent local knowledge meant we had some excellent flights in excellent conditions.
Looking forward to another trip next year sometime.

Hi Carlo,
The trip was excellent and I know I will benefit greatly from everything I learnt and fly better and safer.
Also thanks a million for the photos…
Thanks again and I also hope to see you soon.

Hi Carlo and Nancy
Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my brief time at Algo. A great location and, I thought, a good set up all round.
My first trip to Algodonales - great area, hilly / mountainous, but with plenty of space around for relaxed outlandings. Magic Griffon Vulture thermal-markers all over the place - all served up with the usual thorough Flybubble guiding and mentoring. I will be back!
Thanks for organising it all so well - I'll look forward to the next time!
All the best
Pete
PS. Care needed in the bars though. It can get a bit turbulent and I took a couple of collapses when rotored by the Cognac...........
Greece Paragliding Trip October 2008 (6 items)

Hi Carlo/Nancy,
Many thanks for a fantastic flying holiday.
Well here we go, feedback time:-
The pre trip information had everything in it that I needed to do or think about.
The group size was small, which in turn made you feel that looking after us was important.
The location was fantastic for all standards of pilot and with the hotel on the beach...
Carlo, Nancy and Stelios all had the appearance of being totally in control and yet calm as you like. Could that be the Swan system - calm on the surface yet paddling like mad underneath. What ever it was it worked for me.
I had a great time flying, eating, swimming... lets just say I had a great time.
Have dropped my photos in the post today.
Thanks again for a great trip.
Robert

Hi Carlo and Nancy,
Here is a bit of feedback for you...
First of all; I thought the pre-trip information and organisation was first rate. Everything was provided well in advance and all of your checklists were a great help to jog the memory in relation to equipment issues.
During the trip your calm reassuring way of dealing with a group of pilots with varying skills and abilities was fantastic. You managed to assist and provide feedback and advice to all of us throughout the week which was a great help and much appreciated.
The range and variety of flying sites were excellent as were the site briefings...
The airport transfers went smoothly, the hotel was good and the food was great!

Hi,
Am trying to think of something to criticise but can't. Even before the trip you seemed to have everything thought of, and as for the trip its self I can't fault it.
The accomodation was nice, clean and overlooking a beach.
There was plenty of different sites to choose from and all of them had amazing views.
As for the flying I thought you did everything possible to get us up in the lift.
You were helping out on the radio when you were on the ground and finding the best areas when flying; short of you actually flying the glider for us I can't see what more you could of done.
Would recommend one of your trips to anyone.

"Low-airtime SIV" by Julian Rayner
I qualified as a Club Pilot in the summer of 2005... Even though I'd been through the training, I didn't feel very confident when flying... I wanted to feel safer, so when someone suggested doing an SIV course I decided to look into it.
I decided to go to Oludeniz in Turkey with Carlo Borsattino of Flybubble Paragliding. It didn't take long for me to realise that I'd made a good choice...
